Beck will release a new album titled Morning Phase in February 2014 via Capitol Records.
The album is being described as a companion piece to 2002’s Sea Change and features many of the same musicians who played on that album and who accompany Beck on tour (Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Joey Waronker, Smokey Hormel, Roger Joseph Manning Jr., and Jason Falkner).
According to a press release, a complete tracklisting, exact release date, and further information will be released “as it is confirmed.”
Morning Phase will be Beck’s twelfth studio album; his last was 2008’s Modern Guilt.
