Los Campesinos! Release Music Video For “Avocado, Baby”

No Blues, the fifth full-length album from British indie rock band Los Campesinos!, is in stores today, and the band has released a music video for the album’s second single, “Avocado, Baby.”

The video, directed by Craig Roberts, is composed of a single five-minute take, and it follows the backstage happenings of a fictional game show called The Avocado Show, which goes awry when a strange ritual starts taking place in and around the studio. It’s captivating and unsettling in an OK Go-meets-The Shining sort of way, and it’s the perfect accompaniment to the band’s juxtaposition of dark lyrics and bouncy indie rock.
