We have been discussing the new album from Eminem for a number of weeks, and now that the album is in stores we assumed the flow of new material to stream had come to an end. Fortunately, we were wrong.
The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is currently available in regular and deluxe editions. The latter of those two contains a handful of additional songs that have been making the rounds online, but the track we’re featuring today can’t be found on either pressing of MMLP2. “Don’t Front” drops all the gimmicks Slim Shady has embraced over the last decade and takes things back to a basic beat-and-rhyme offering that brings to mind late-90s era Marshall. It’s simple from a production standpoint, but the bars being delivered by Mathers are as complex as ever. You can stream the song below.
“Don’t Front” is available for download with each purchase of The Marshall Mathers LP 2/Call of Duty: Ghosts bundle pack. If you just want The Marshall Mathers LP 2 you should be about to find it wherever music is sold. Comment below and let us know your thoughts on this b-side.
