For 25 years, Nuclear Blast have been one of the most authoritative leaders in the world of metal releases, working with a stock of the genre’s leading acts including Arsis, Meshuggah, Decapitated, Nile, Psycroptic, All Shall Perish, and Testament. For the past 8 years, the label has released a compilation annually, entitled Monsters Of Metal, which compiles videos and music from many of their artists.
Nuclear Blast have just announced the ninth edition of Monsters Of Metal which will be released on January 10, 2014. The DVD/Blu-ray features over 200 minutes of music spanning a whopping 45 video clips from several of metals leading acts, including Nightwish, Children Of Bodom, In Flames, Suffocation, Devildriver, and many more. Even thoguh this edition is actually about half the length of Volume 8, there’s still a lot to look forward to. No word yet if an audio-only CD will be released as well.
