Pharrell has released an ambitious music video for “Happy,” his contribution to the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack. The video plays for 24 hours straight, looping the 4-minute song with different videos of people singing and dancing along to the song.
If you watch it for a while, you’ll notice cameos from Odd Future’s Tyler, The Creator and Earl Sweatshirt, Steve Carell, the Despicable Me 2 Minions, and Magic Johnson. Just like Bob Dylan’s recently released video for “Like a Rolling Stone,” “Happy” is interactive, allowing you to switch around between different scenes and manipulate it.
It’s easy to get lost in and it’s a fun way kill some time. You can find the full experience here.
