XO, the shoegaze side project of Say Anything‘s Jake and Jeff Turner, have announced that their debut full-length record Heart will be released on February 4, 2014.
The record will be released via Rory Records, the Equal Vision Records imprint operated by Max Bemis of Say Anything which has put out stellar releases this year from Saves the Day, Matt Pryor and Perma.
On the concept of the record, Jeff Turner said:
“Even in the worst scenario, there is hope for someone to come along and swoop you off your feet. The story of the album is about finding love. In a way, by going through your happiest and darkest moments together, you complete your heart.”
