It’s always a bummer to see a talented band call it quits, especially when they’re on the verge of releasing a new record. Unfortunately, that is the case for Life On Repeat, who announced last month that they would be breaking up after the release of their second full-length, Blacklisted, citing financial difficulties and problems with the music industry.
While there may not be a future for the Maryland group, don’t let that dissuade you from helping them celebrate the release of Blacklisted, which is streaming now over at Alternative Press. The album is a solid collection of heavy riffs and huge choruses, and it’s a shame they won’t be touring behind it.
