I am sure you have heard of them by now, but just in case you haven’t, Scottish trio CHVRCHES have taken over.

With their wonderful debut album, The Bones of What You Believe, the band has been a nonstop train against indie audiences. If you missed your chance to see them at all during their breakout year of 2013, be sure to check them out on their 2014 runs.

Combining electronic sampling with a pop sensibility, the band create an environment of gears and mechanisms, constantly churning to the ever loved harmonies of front-woman Lauren Mayberry. But, the instrumentalists in the act are of no rookies to musicianship, noting that Iain Cooke was once a guitarist for the late, great, Aereogramme, and Martin Doherty found himself as a live member for The Twilight Sad. The band is a force to be dealt with.
