Watch Brendon Urie Perform Billy Joel’s “Big Shot” At The Kennedy Center Honors

If you had absolutely nothing to watch last night because Bob’s Burgers and The Walking Dead are on break, then you stumbled upon The Kennedy Center Honors on CBS. If you happened to have something else to do, then you missed Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie paying tribute to one of this year’s honorees, Billy Joel.

The piano man seemed amused as Urie took on “Big Shot” in a flashy suit that went nicely with all the runs and growls he added to the performance. I’m not sure Joel knew who the young lad singing his song was, but at least he smiled through it all. You can watch Brendon’s performance below.

Other than Urie giving it his all, Snoop Dogg was there for Herbie Hancock, Pitch Perfect’s Anna Kendrick did a musical number for Shirley MacLaine and like Brendon, Garth Brooks paid homage to Billy Joel as well.
