Following up on a story posted last week, the full version of Get Scared‘s “My Own Worst Enemy” cover has been released.

Yes, Get Scared have taken on the challenge of making Lit’s biggest hit their own and passed the UTG quality test with flying colors. Their embrace of somewhat-theatrical rock adds a new edge to the classic track without taking away an ounce of the material’s inherent catchiness. You can stream the cover below.

Punk Goes 90s Vol. 2 does not have a release date at this time, but given the release of this single it seems likely that Fearless Records will reveal additional information soon. Comment below and let us know what you think of Get Scared’s take on “My Own Worst Enemy.”
