Governors Ball Lineup Revealed: Outkast, Vampire Weekend, Jack White, The Strokes, Phoenix

In its first year, they snagged Girl Talk. In its second year, they snagged Beck. In its third year, they snagged Kanye West’s first solo set in five years. Now, after a week of clues, New York City’s Governors Ball Festival has announced their lineup and it’s bigger than ever.

Outkast, Jack White, and Vampire Weekend are headlining with still huge acts like Phoenix and The Strokes being bumped to the second line. The lineup includes some of our favorites like Frank Turner, Spoon, Broken Bells, Run the Jewels, Earl Sweatshirt, Janelle Monae, Foster The People, Disclosure, Chance the Rapper, J. Cole, La Roux, Tyler, the Creator, Damon Albarn (of Gorillaz and Blur), and Cayucas will be playing — and that’s not even all of it. See the lineup after the jump.

Governors Ball takes place June 6-8 at Randall’s Island in NYC, and tickets go on sale at 3 PM today.
