It has been a minute or two since we heard anything new from The Used, but if their recently updated website and social networks are to be believed it would seem the band has a big reveal on the horizon.

Late last night, The Used updated their official website to a Tumblr page will a fullscreen video. The clip, which plays on a loop, features a television screen littered with static that reads ‘Please Stand By.’ You can view the same teaser at the end of this post.

Within minutes of the site update the members of The Used began broadcasting the same message across all their social networks. Their Facebook page, for example, now features a new profile and cover photo, both with the same ‘Please Stand By’ message.

We do not know when The Used will reveal their big announcement, but you can rest assured we will update you as soon as additional information becomes available. For now, comment below and let us know what you hope the news will be. A tour? An album? We’d take either.
