Riff Raff, otherwise known as the most viral emcee in hip-hop, has released the official video for his new single, “Let Me Drive.”

Skipping the eccentric visuals that usually accompany his singles, Riff Raff plays it quiet and cool with “Let Me Drive.” The Houston-based musician cruises through his city while delivering the rap equivalent to a ballad, complete with hushed singing, over brilliant production from John Paul. There is never a shortage of new music when it comes to Riff Raff, but “Let Me Drive” offers listeners a chance to experience a side of the emcee that almost never receives the attention it deserves. We all know Riff Raff has the ability to be over-the-top, but here he also proves he can keep it simple, and in my opinion it’s some of his finest work in recent memory.
