The New York-based five-piece Earth Crisis, who have probably been making music for longer than a lot of you have been alive, are currently streaming their newest single, titled “De-Desensitize.” You can check it out for yourself after the break.
This is the first glimpse fans have gotten of what will be the outfit’s eighth full-length album, Salvation of Innocents, which is set to drop March 4 via Candlelight Records. True to form, “De-Desensitize” is unforgiving and in-your-face, and harkens back to the group’s earlier efforts, which laid the groundwork for many present-day metal acts.
If you like what you hear, Earth Crisis will be performing a handful of east coast shows beginning on March 7 in Baltimore, MD. From there, the mayhem will move to Amityville, NY, before concluding in Quincy, MA on March 9. Additionally, you can pre-order your copy of Salvation of Innocents here, through iTunes.
