If you’re still coming down from the Danny Brown high that was all of last year, don’t worry — we are, too. Brown saw his third full-length, Old, receive some serious attention, released numerous music videos, and debuted on remixes galore (like Vampire Weekend’s “Step“). What he has yet to do, however, is make his TV debut.. but now he’s checked that off his list.

Last night, Brown performed “25 Bucks” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! for his his first live performance on TV ever. He handled it well, not missing a single word while Purity Ring’s Megan James appeared by his side to sing her part in the chorus (who he thanked while hugging at the end, saying, “You did great, baby.”). All in all, he’s made us proud.
