Stone Temple Pilots Cancel Upcoming Shows

Stone Temple Pilots & Chester Bennington have been forced to cancel their upcoming concerts due to some scheduling conflicts. They were set to perform at this year’s Soundwave Festival as well as a couple of extra performances around the festival date. The band hasn’t made any official statements about the cancellation, but there was an update via Soundwave’s website. The festival promoters have also confirmed that The Living End will be performing in Stone Temple Pilot’s place. You can read the official update by taking a look below the jump.

If you purchased tickets to one of the band’s other shows, you can now be refunded by the ticket vendor you purchased them through.

Due to a scheduling conflict, STP w/ Chester Bennington regretfully has been forced to cancel all tour dates.

In line with our commitment to bring you great replacements, we are pleased to announce that Australia’s finest live rock band, THE LIVING END , have come to Soundwave’s rescue and have joined the fray.

Tickets for the Stone Temple Pilot sideshows (Tuesday 25 February in Sydney and Wednesday 26 February in Melbourne) are now refundable from the point of purchase.
