Leonardo DiCaprio And Jonah Hill Team Up Again For ‘The Ballad of Richard Jewell’

Could The Wolf of Wall Street have made the best acting team in recent years? It looks like its stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill are joining forces again, and giving their talents to another movie based on reality. This time they’ll tell the story of the security guard from the 1996 Atlanta Olympics who went from a hero to a suspect in The Ballad of Richard Jewell.

Richard Jewell was the security guard who found three pipe bombs at the Olympics that year, and then became a potential suspect based on very little evidence. The movie is being based off a 1997 article from Vanity Fair by Marie Brenner that detailed what Jewell went through during that time.

It’s said Hill would play Jewell, and DiCaprio would play his lawyer. It’d be interesting to see them take home the Oscars for Best Actor and Supporting Actor this year for Wall Street, and then come back to win again. Only then it’d be Hill with the lead and DiCaprio with the supporting.

this could be a good thing down the road—but, leo seems to be connected to many, many films at this point—–too much focus on this new idea right now—focus needs to be on the rest of the award season—fans are getting restless and are starting all the petty personal comments that they get off into—leo needs to maybe do something in his home town for the homeless right now—donate money to a homeless building type of cause—much needed in his home town—
