Trophy Scars Announce Release Date For ‘Holy Vacants,’ Launch Pre-Orders

After many delays (for good reason), New Jersey’s Trophy Scars have finally announced a release date for their long-anticipated follow-up to 2011’s Never Born, Never Dead EP. The band’s fourth full-length studio album, Holy Vacants, is set to drop on April 8 via Monotreme Records and this morning, the band and label have launched pre-orders for the album which you can find here.

Back in October, the band had announced that after 11 years as a DIY outfit, they had chosen to sign with a label to give this record the best possible attention and care. At the time, said label was yet to be announced but after originally expecting Holy Vacants to be released in the fourth quarter of 2013, the band informed fans that it had in fact been pushed back due to their signing.

After the jump, you can stream two tracks from the new album, one of which we premiered back in May of last year, along with the album’s tracklist and album art.
