Skrillex Debuts New Collaboration With Chance the Rapper

Skrillex recently treated fans in Brooklyn to the debut of a new collaboration with Chicago artist Chance The Rapper. Lucky for us, someone caught the whole thing on video.

Halfway through his set last night, Skrillex checked in with fans before transitioning into the world premiere of a brand new track featuring Acid Rap star Chance The Rapper. It’s likely the product of the pair’s recent studio time with Mike Will Made It, but at this time that information is impossible to confirm. What we do know is that the track sounds awesome, and those hungry for a taste of new material from either artist would be wise to watch the clip below.

Just because this collaboration debuted in Brooklyn last night does not mean it will soon be made available to the public. Skrillex has a long history of debuting material live weeks, if not months before its actually released. In fact, when discussing the aforementioned studio time with XXL he added, “Whether [the music] come out tomorrow or a year from now, there’s definitely a lot of bullets in the chamber… There’s a lot of cool shit in the making right now.”

2014 is still very much a young year, but already Chance has graced headlines alongside the likes of Justin Bieber, James Blake, Jeremih, and now Skrillex. The sky is the limit for this up and comer, and you can bet your ass we will keep you updated every step of the way.
