The hype surrounding up and coming Atlanta emcee Young Thug has risen to a deafening point of insanity in recent months. Now, according to at least one major hip-hop blog, the “2 Cups Stuffed” rapper is poised for even bigger things thanks to a new deal with Young Money Records.

According to Mass Appeal, who briefly spoke with Young Thug following a recent performance, Thugga Thugga has confirmed he is now a member of Young Money Records. When asked point blank about the truth behind rumors of the deal, Thug allegedly replied “Yeah I signed.”

Young Money has yet to confirm or deny these rumors, but if true the news would not exactly come as a surprise to many hip-hop fans. Thugga Thugga has gone on record repeatedly sharing his love for YMCMB, and in recent months the Young Money team (notably Drake) has gone to great lengths to show appreciation for the work of Young Thug. The two coming together seems like it might be musical fate, but we will have to wait a bit longer for an official confirmation.
