Excitement has been building for The Hotelier‘s sophomore album, Home, Like Noplace Is There, since the band debuted “The Scope of All This Rebuilding” in December. Each subsequent song has shown a different side of the Dudley, Massachusetts band, but no single track can come close to expressing the range of emotion and musical diversity found on the album. The nine tracks on Home, Like Noplace Is There are, hands down, the best of The Hotelier’s career thus far and some of the best emo-punk songs you’ll hear this year. You can stream the album now over at Pitchfork.
The Hotelier are currently in the midst of a long tour in support of the album, and you can check out the full list of dates after the break. The first pressing of the album is already sold out online, but you can pre-order a copy of the second pressing, which is expected to ship in late April, from Tiny Engines.
