Rick Ross Debuts “Nobody” Featuring French Montana

Fresh off the premiere of “War Ready” earlier this month, Maybach Music Group CEO Rick Ross has delivered the second single off his upcoming album.

Produced by Diddy, “Nobody” pairs Ross with French Montana for a laid back anthem about what makes a nobody a somebody. It’s the type of track that allows emcees to ignite a fire in your soul without aggressively attacking the beat. You can put it on and vibe, but still feel motivated to get shit done. If I could change one thing about this track it’s the decision to put French on the hook. I certainly do not want to hear Ross on it, but I cannot help feeling a solid female guest spot would have taken this track to the next level.

Mastermind is scheduled to hit stores in March. Will Ross make that deadline? Will he ever answer hard questions in interviews? We’ll have to wait and see.
