UTG EXCLUSIVE: Bayside Acoustics: Part 2 – Classics

If you’re a fan of Bayside, you certainly know that their sixth studio album, Cult, dropped last week via Hopeless Records. Before embarking on a nationwide tour with support from Four Year Strong, Daylight and Mixtapes, the boys hosted a day of celebration on Long Island for their record release.

The first stop was at Looney Tunes CDs in West Babylon, NY, where UTG TV had previously sat down with Brandon Boyd, frontman of Incubus.

In honor of the release of the album, we are running a two-part feature cleverly titled, Bayside Acoustics. Part two features three acoustic tracks that are near and dear to the heart of any Bayside fan.

After the in-store event, the band played a very intimate secret show at The Amityville Music Hall under the moniker of Caraboo, which can be linked to a viral campaign via YouTube, which you can see here.

Check out below to see Bayside’s acoustic renditions of “Megan,” “Don’t Call Me Peanut,” and “Moceanu.”

Special thanks go out to Karl and the team at Looney Tunes, Another Reybee Production and Bayside’s management.
