Taking Back Sunday’s sixth LP, Happiness Is, is due out March 18 through Hopeless Records, and as expected, many are eager to see the creative route the band has traveled since the release of their ho-hum self-titled album back in 2011. So far, fans have been graced with two very promising singles, and earlier this afternoon, the Long Island legends supplied one of those tracks, “Stood a Chance,” with a music video. Check it out after the break.
Released only days ago, this radio-friendly ditty is considerably more upbeat than the band’s first single, “Flicker, Fade,” and possesses the same fun-loving enthusiasm present on much earlier TBS albums. Throughout the clip, the five-piece performs in front of colorful backdrops, with a lively cast of characters appearing here and there along the way.
