Just days after making waves with the announcement of a massive summer tour with 30 Seconds to Mars and AFI, Linkin Park are back to shock us once more. Guess what? They’re suddenly a rap-metal band again!
The band just released their new song “Guilty All The Same.” Not only is the six-minute track the most guitar-laden song the band has released in quite some time, but it also features a verse from legendary New York rapper Rakim. The group’s forthcoming sixth record still doesn’t have a title, but it’s expected to be out at some point this summer. Click through for the stream. I’m sure you’ll be just as surprised as I was.

This in no way resembles anything from Hybrid Theory.
Nope, sounds like “NEW” Linkin Park, and i”m disappointed, could be better.
its badass…and awesome. The guitars are back at Linkin Park….isnt this what everyone has been asking for?
Yea, it sounds different from Hybrid Theory, but I really like it.
I definitely dig it.
Is it weird that I hear a lot of My Chemical Romance in this? The mixing sounds pretty awful though.
