Back in October, pop rock fans had their hearts broken when the Florida-based quartet Go Radio announced that their then upcoming tour would in fact be their last. Though the cause of the break-up is still  hotly debated, many (me included) are still reeling from the group’s demise, nostalgic for their cheery sing-a-longs and razor sharp lyricism.

Still, in the world of music, every cloud has a silver lining. According to PropertyOfZack, after filling in on a few of the band’s previous tours, former Go Radio guitarist Alex Reed is now an official member of Stages & Stereos.

While this news unfortunately cements the fate of Reed’s past endeavors, it will be interesting to see what he will offer his new comrades. The group will make their debut as a five-piece late next month when they kick off the Live Free & Die Young Tour in Indianapolis, IN.
