Driver Friendly Need Your Help After Being Robbed Again

You’ve probably read by now that Driver Friendly had their trailer stolen this past weekend at SXSW, but now they need your help to try and recoup some of the $15,000 worth of stuff they lost.

This isn’t the first time Driver Friendly has found their selves in this situation. This is the second time in just six weeks these poor guys have had their stuff taken out from under them. They had a great time playing their showcases down in Austin, and it’s too bad they couldn’t end their time at SXSW on a high note.

In a statement from the band, they listed some of what was stolen, “…a handcrafted Moniker Guitar, a custom floor tom, a vintage, antique coronet, several rare recording microphones, and over $4,000 in merchandise.” The worst part is that without their gear, they obviously can’t do what they do for a living – play music.
