After months and months of waiting, Tigers Jaw have finally announced that their new record is titled Charmer and will be out on June 3. The band has released a single from the album called “Nervous Kids” over at Pitchfork, which you can listen to after the jump.
After losing members last year which caused some confusion about the future of the band, Tigers Jaw have continued steadily playing shows and promising new material. The band released “Hum,” the first single from the new album last October, but it is unclear whether that song made the final tracklisting.
The new song is reminiscent of sound from the band’s debut self-titled record, but it’s clear that the band have improved as songwriters in the four years since that release. What do you think of the new track? Charmer is due out June 3 on Run For Cover Records.
