Recorded by Johnny Cash in the early 80s, Out Among The Stars was found packed away among other recordings and family heirlooms. This lost album is getting a full release March 25, but it’s currently streaming now via The Guardian. They also have a track-by-track preview of the album from Cash’s son, John Carter Cash.

Cash recorded with album with producer Billy Sherrill. The release features collaborations between Cash and Waylon Jennings, as well as his wife, June Carter Cash.
