    A good ol’ Mexican stand-off.

Okay who is the company how can we get in contact with them and make their life hell? If this is not an April Fool’s Joke than it’s certainly something that can be disputed, fuck this company from Mexico.

It sucks… but in the end this is why you get logos trademarked. For as long as they have been using it, I am really shocked they never did. It is kinda like when companies or bands let websites lapse and someone buys them up quickly… it sucks but it is how things work.

I just searched the patent and trademark office, I don’t see Bayside ever claimed a trademark on their font or logo, so this story may be legit and not an april’s fools joke. Even still I think there is a fair claim against a company that blatantly steals intellectual property from another. This is blatant theft and Bayside has a definite case for infringement.
