San Francisco’s Outside Lands Reveals 2014 Lineup

There hasn’t been a day in the past couple of months where we didn’t post about a festival’s lineup. Okay, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but it’s really beginning to feel that way. Luckily though, 2014 is a huge year for iconic festivals and nearly all that have been announced for 2014 have had a lineup worth talking about.

Since its inaugural run in 2008, Outside Lands has been bringing the best in mainstream headliners with an undercard that cements itself on every festival-goers ‘must attend’ list. Past acts have included Radiohead, Muse, Metallica, Neil Young, Paul McCartney, Dave Matthews Band, The Strokes and many more. Basically, it’s a mini Coachella for northern California’s Bay Area. This year’s lineup is no different as far as its high-profile headliners as Kanye West, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, The Killers, Death Cab For Cutie and many more will be hitting the stage in Golden Gate Park as the three-day festival runs from August 8 to August 10. Lower-tier must-sees include Vance Joy, Run The Jewels, Lykke Li, Local Natives, Typhoon, and The Kooks.

Outside Lands tickets go on sale this Thursday at 10AM local time through the festival’s website.
