STREAM: Hawthorne Heights – ‘The Silence In Black And White (Acoustic)’

Following in the footsteps of their contemporaries in Yellowcard and Taking Back Sunday, Ohio’s Hawthorne Heights are celebrating the ten-year anniversary of their breakthrough album by recording an acoustic version of the entire record. The group premiered two songs, “Ohio Is For Lovers” and “Niki FM,” over the last week, and today, The Silence In Black and White (Acoustic) can be streamed in full. The album will be available digitally next Tuesday, April 15, with CD and vinyl copies due out on May 20 and July 1, respectively. You can pre-order the album in various bundle packages over at InVogue Records.

Today also marks the beginning of the band’s world tour in honor of the tenth anniversary of Silence, on which they will be performing the album in full. Only the European leg and a couple US dates have been announced, but a full US run is forthcoming. Get all the details right here.
