Watch The Trailer for Zach Braff’s ‘Wish I Was Here’

Anyone who was engulfed by the story, the soundtrack and infinite abyss that was Garden State is nothing but excited to see what Zach Braff has come up with for the somewhat followup, Wish I Was Here.

It’s in no way picking up where Sam and Andrew left off in State, but Braff is playing a struggling actor again. Only this time he’s a struggling actor named Aidan in his mid-30s with kids. Wish I Was Here also stars Kate Hudson as his wife, Josh Gad who you may know as Olaf from Frozen as his brother, The Big Bang Theory‘s Jim Parsons and Braff’s life partner and former Scrubs co-star, Donald Faison.

This trailer kicks off with the expected – The Shins, and goes through a number of scenes that showcase family, cosplay and the inevitable struggle…dealing with reality.

You can sit anxiously and wait for Wish I Was Here to hit theaters in July, but to hold you over you can watch the trailer a million times after the jump.
