Ken Marino Joins The Cast Of The ‘Goosebumps’ Adaptation

It’ll either be the best movie ever or…the best movie ever, but even if Sony’s adaptation of R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps is a flop, ‘90s kids will lie and say it was awesome. So here’s to hoping the latest addition to the cast, Ken Marino, won’t make liars out of a lot of people out there.

The funnyman joins Jack Black and Dylan Minnette, and will play Coach Carr – the coach at Greendale High who has to battle some monsters when they take over the school. Doesn’t this already sound amazing? So far that’s all that’s really known about the plot that’s being constructed by Carl Ellsworth, Scott Alexander, Larry Karazewski and Darren Lemke.

It’s going to be a long wait, but we’ll get to see how this all turns out in a couple of years. Sony’s Goosebumps is set to hit theaters on March 23, 2016.
