Watch Pop Evil Get Sentimental With “Torn To Pieces” Video

Pop Evil decided to let the video for their latest single, “Torn to Pieces,” stand alone by giving it its own deep storyline to follow.

Before this video the three previous singles from the band’s 2013 release Onyx were part of a trilogy. “Trenches,” “Deal With the Devil” and “Behind Closed Doors” all had a plot that tied them together. This time around Pop Evil teamed up with director Johan Carlen to give “Torn to Pieces” its own footing. They really played on the emotion felt when frontman Leigh Kakaty’s dad passed away by having the singer see his loved one throughout the clip.

You can watch “Torn to Pieces” after the jump, and also check out Pop Evil when they hit the road with Escape the Fate later this month. That tour kicks off April 30 in St. Louis and rounds out on May 28 in Denver.
