Indiana sweethearts Margot and the Nuclear So and So’s will drop their fifth full-length, Sling Shot To Heaven, next week on April 22. In anticipation, the album is up in its entirety for streaming purposes on Soundcloud. Check it out after the jump.

Sling Shot To Heaven was recorded on two-inch tape and self-produced in the band’s own studio. When discussing the album, frontman Richard Edwards said the record is a little bit of his current life, ideal life, and fictional life, altogether “invented from fragments of people I’ve known.” He added, “Making it was a joyful and maddening experience. It’s maybe an album about moving on while looking back, pillar of salt or no.”
