The Swellers Release B-Sides Collection

The Swellers have been going strong for more than a decade, producing five full-lengths and a slew of EPs in the process. In that time, quite a bit of material has ended up on the cutting room floor, and now you can hear some choice cuts from the Swellers’ vault on B-Sides and Rarities. The seventeen-track collection is available now on the Michigan-based group’s Bandcamp page for only five dollars.

Highlights from B-Sides and Rarities include an unreleased track from the Good For Me sessions called “Break,” an acoustic demo of “Possibilities” from the early stages of writing The Light Under Closed Doors, and a pair of demos that predate the first Swellers release, The Beginning of the End Again. The collection also includes acoustic versions, previously released B-sides, and demos from throughout the band’s career. All told, it’s more than worth the purchase price for any Swellers fan.

Later this month, The Swellers will spend two weeks touring the United Kingdom. Check out the dates right here, and pick up a copy of their latest album, The Light Under Closed Doors, from No Sleep Records.
