Brody Dalle’s debut solo album, Diploid Love, is set to hit shelves next Tuesday (April 29), but if you’re eager to hear what the former Distillers vocalist has been up to lately, you’re in luck. As of today, you can stream the entire LP through NPR.
The nine-track effort was produced by Alain Johannes (Arctic Monkeys, Them Crooked Vultures), and features collaborations with Nick Valensi (The Strokes), Emily Kokal (Warpaint), Shirley Manson (Garbage), and Michael Schuman (Queens of the Stone Age). When Time Out Melbourne recently asked Dalle what inspired her latest attempt, she cited “The Ghostbusters soundtrack on tape.”
