G-Eazy Sets June Release For ‘These Things Happen,’ Shares Behind-The-Scenes Video

The wait is almost over, G-Eazy fans.

Earlier today young Gerald, otherwise known to the world as G-Eazy, announced a June 29 release date for his highly-anticipated debut album These Things Happen. The project has been in various stages of production since summer 2013, but is finally ready to be shared with the world. Pre-orders will launch tomorrow, April 29, via iTunes.

We do not have a track listing for These Things Happen just yet, but it’s likely one or two of the singles G has delivered in recent months will make the cut. “Far Alone” has been getting a lot of radio attention lately, so if you ask me that’s almost a sure bet to make the album. We’ll have more details tomorrow.

Despite his name, G never does anything the easy way, and along with dropping the news of a June 29 release date today the West Coast born rapper also released a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of These Things Happen. You can view the video, which features a monologue from G on the sacrifice and the hustle to make it, below.
