Jay Z and Beyonce Announce ‘On The Run’ Summer 2014 Stadium Tour; Tickets On Sale This Week

The internet has been buzzing for well over a week with rumors that Mr. and Mrs. Carter, otherwise known as Jay Z and Beyonce, were planning a summer stadium tour. That gossip was confirmed this morning with the official announcement of the ‘On The Run’ summer stadium tour, and UTG has all the details.

Kicking off June 25 in Miami, Jay and Bey’s collaborative ‘On The Run’ tour will stop in sixteen US cities before wrapping up in early August. The itinerary includes several massive venues, including Soldier Field in Chicago, and Rose Bowl in Los Angeles. You can view the full routing at the end of this post.

Tickets will go on sale beginning Friday, May 2 through LiveNation. Fan pre-sales will precede the general on-sale on Wednesday, April 30. Ticket prices in most markets range from $65-$550/each. A portion of every ticket will be donated to the Shawn Carter Foundation.

Jay and Bey have collaborated on stage multiple times in the past, but this will be the first time they have attempted a co-headlining tour. Jay Z will be promoting the one year anniversary of Magna Carta Holy Grail and Beyonce will have just celebrated the six month release of her latest solo offering, but fans can likely expect several of the pair’s classic duets to take center stage.
