Knapsack Announce Australian Tour, Vinyl Reissues

After an initial US reunion tour last fall, California emo rockers Knapsack have announced their first tour of Australia, which will take place this August. At the center of the four-date run is an appearance at Weekender Fest in Melbourne. You can see the full list of dates and a tour poster after the break.

In honor of the tour, Australian label Poison City Records will be reissuing two of the band’s classic albums, Day Three of My New Life and This Conversation Is Ending Starting Right Now on vinyl. Original pressings of these essential pieces of the emo canon have been hard to come by for some time, so this is good news for a lot of collectors.

Tickets for the non-festival shows go on sale May 5, and the reissues will be available for pre-order here in the coming days.
