Austra To Release New EP This Summer

There are a lot of potentially great albums that are expected to come out this summer. It seems that a flood of announcements have poured in over the last couple of weeks, and I personally couldn’t be more excited. Thanks to Austra, I have one more album to look forward to spending my money on this year. They have announced that they will be releasing a brand new EP June 17 via Paper Bag Records. The EP, which is titled Habitat, features four brand new tracks.

In addition to this announcement, the band has revealed the first single off the EP, which is the title track. You can stream it below. If you like what you hear, pre-orders are already available for purchase. Digital copies can be pre-ordered on iTunes, or you can snag a 12″ by heading here.
