Well, ladies and gents, the tour of the summer has officially been announced, and we couldn’t be happier here at UTG. California’s beloved RX Bandits have announced a 28-stop tour with support from The Dear Hunter (!) and fellow Californians, From Indian Lakes.

The tour kicks off in St. Petersburg, FL on July 11, spanning all the way out to the West Coast before twisting back to wrap things up in Houston, TX on August 17. You can view the tour poster after the break. Tickets will be available on Friday, May 16 at 10 a.m. through RX Bandits’ official site and or Ticketmaster.

RX Bandits are nearly finished with their new album which is expected to drop sometime this summer so expect to hear a lot of new material from the progressive four-piece on this outting. Pledge backers have already heard “Ready Eddie” and it only furthered our anticipation for the band’s currently untitled forthcoming LP.
