Maroon 5 To Release ‘V’ On September 2

Maroon 5 have been producing massive pop rock hits for over a decade, and this year will likely see another chart topping tune from Adam Levine and company. The Los Angeles, California band announced today that they will release their fifth album, simply titled V, on September 2, with a single due out in the next couple months.

V will be Maroon 5’s first album with Interscope Records, and it features production work from big names like Max Martin and Benny Blanco, the latter of whom produced the band’s 2011 hit, “Moves Like Jagger.” The album also marks Maroon 5’s reunion with keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, who took a break from the band in 2012.

In addition to the new single, the band will also be releasing dates soon for a world tour following the album release. We’ll be sure to let you know all the info when we get it.
