UTG ALBUM PREMIERE: Three Man Cannon – ‘Pretty Many People’

It’s not quite punk, and it’s not quite emo, but the music of Pennsylvania natives Three Man Cannon should satisfy any fan of both genres. The quartet’s tuneful indie rock occupies the same middle ground as Lee Corey Oswald, with whom they released a split last year, and Tigers Jaw, the former band of Three Man Cannon members Dennis Mishko and Pat Brier.

The group’s new record, Pretty Many People, will be released on May 27 through Lame-O Records, and Under The Gun is excited to bring you a stream of the full album today. Check it out after the break, and prepare to get lost in the dreamy, shoegaze-influenced melodies and subtle atmosphere of tracks like “Baby,” “Patiently,” and “Something I Found.”

Pretty Many People is available for pre-order on vinyl right here, and the band will be touring at the end of the month with fellow Philadelphians Kite Party. Dates are listed below.
