Mondays are a drag without a good soundtrack to help motivate you, and this week two of Atlanta’s finest have collaborated to make sure your mind is in the right place as you head into the office.

“About That Money” is one of many collaborations T.I. and Young Thug are rumored to have recorded together in recent months. The song serves as the first single off T.I.’s upcoming album, Paperwork, and earlier today the track’s official video debuted on Vevo. Anyone familiar with Tip’s work knows the Atlanta native loves a great performance clip, which is exactly what he has delivered with “About That Money.” You can watch the clip, which finds T.I., Young Thug, and a bunch of beautiful women enjoying life while making it rain, at the end of this post.

Young Thug is one of a handful of young rap stars making major waves in 2014. Not a week has gone by in the last few months without one new song featuring his signature finding its way online, and as far as I can tell that trend will not be ending anytime soon. Whether or not he can maintain the quality of his material, however, is another story altogether. He’s good for now, but it will certainly be interesting to see just how long Thugga Thugga can sustain his current level of popularity in the months to come.
