Vanna are proving once and for all that their new album will be their heaviest to date with the release of a new song titled “Yüth Decay.”
The majority of Vanna’s time as a band has been spent with the post-hardcore tag following them wherever they roamed, but with the release of 2013 Few And Far Betwee the band’s musical direction began to take a more punk/hardcore influenced turn. Some may disagree, but I have always believed that decision to switch things up without stepping too far outside the box was exactly what fans needed to believe in the band once again. “Yüth Decay” continues this trend towards heavier sounds with one of the most over aggressive tracks to surface all year long. You can stream the song below:
Void is due out in a little less than three weeks, but I am already chomping at the bit for a chance to hear even a few more seconds of what is sure to be its chaotic rock glory. Vanna have always been a group that pushed themselves to improve with each release, and with this track they have sold me on the idea Void will be their best album so far. If you agree, pre-order the record today.
