Usher is hoping to find a little extra love for his latest radio single, and what better way to make that happen than collaborating with the king of Maybach Music Group?

A Rick Ross assisted remix of “Good Kisser” found its way online this evening boasting the same large, soulful production fans of the original have fallen for again and again, only this time with a little something added from Rick ‘The Boss’ Ross. I don’t actually know if people call him that, but after hearing his contribution to this track they may start. You can stream the song below.

There is a part of me that really wants “Good Kisser” to be the song of the summer, but I do not think it will happen. Usher is six months behind on the big band trend, and as soulful as this song is I am not sure it has the energy needed to compete with EDM’s stranglehold on radio. This remix certainly helps matters, but it may be too little to be of any use behind a little extra internet hype.
