Time flies.
Game’s debut album, The Documentary, was released in early 2005. The album spawned a number of singles and solidified the West Coast rapper as a prominent member of the urban music community. Yes, Game is planning a new album to coincide with his debut record hitting the decade point. He broke the news earlier today during an interview with Power 106 in LA. You can stream the initial announcement below:
This is not the first time Game has mentioned The Documentary 2, but it is the first time we are able to confirm a tentative release date, meaning the project has actually started to become a reality and not just another rumored release that may never see the light of day. No word yet on when singles can be expected, but I am confident we will hear new music from Game before the end of summer. Stay tuned.
