The promotional run towards the release of Anberlin‘s final studio album continued this afternoon with the premiere of a new track titled “Atonement.”
There is no area of music that Anberlin gets wrong, but they have always had a certain knack for writing sweeping, atmospheric ballads that connect with thousands. “Atonement” is the latest track to continue this trend, with lush instrumentation accompanying a relatively melancholy Stephen Christian. You can stream the song, in full, at the end of this post.
Anberlin can be found on Warped Tour this summer, followed by a string of farewell performances in the fall. Their final studio album, Lowborn, hits stores this month via Tooth And Nail Records.
